CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling charges, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the item price or shipping price unless explicitly stated at checkout.

The buyer is responsible for:

• Checking local import rules before ordering
• Paying customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and carrier handling fees
• Providing any information requested by customs or the delivery carrier
• Collecting the parcel within the required period

SeaOfSales cannot control or predict customs charges.

Customs processing may delay delivery. Such delays are outside our control.

We will declare the contents and value of the shipment accurately in accordance with postal and customs requirements.

We cannot mark a commercial order as a gift or provide false customs information.

If a parcel is returned because customs charges were refused or the buyer did not complete the required customs process, any refund will be handled according to our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.
